Creating Sacred Time Each Day
Create a sacred time each day to relax, be still and commune with Spirit. God and your angels know all your needs, and will bring the help in a form that is right and good...not necessarily in the package you have in mind. Be open and flexible to the wonders of Spirit, and have confidence in that Infinite Source of All Good. You are always upheld by the Great Heart of the Universe, whether you are aware of this, or not. Let yourself float on that Ocean of Infinite Love, Peace and Strength. Each day give up stored feelings of confusion, fear, anxiety, sorrow and the need to control everything. The Creator has all in hand, and is quite competent at controlling the Universe. Put your Self in those "hands," take personal responsibility for your life, bring more balance and healing to your Self and the world, and watch miracles unfold. Walk in the Light of Spirit, plugging your Self back in each new day to the Loving Power Source of the Cosmos.

Finding the goodness in Earthly life
Earthly life naturally has its ups and down, personally and globally. Do not despair, but choose to take a stand for greatness, and keep your heart and mind open to all the goodness Spirit constantly brings you. Choose to take personal responsibility, and become more resourceful and resilient in difficult times. God and your angels will be walking with you, encouraging you to develop a sense of awe at the wonder of all life, helping you discover new ways to tap into your wonderful human brain and spiritual power! Be comforted and walk in peace now, knowing that, in due time, all will be well.

Facing West ©, a poem from the Angels
Facing West©
By Red Eagle, Grey Feather, Master Chen Li
Channeled by Mariah Crawford
Facing West, facing the light,
facing the fact that this life
upon Earth will end,
and this body that now stands,
walks, runs, plays, laughs, loves, sings,
dances, sorrows, eats, sleeps,
creates, gives, and receives,
will return to the elements,
and the everlasting spirit will awaken
in the Land of the Rising Sun,
itself ever-rising, ever more luminous.
Built in joy is your nature.
Remember that the sun will set.
Let your face, your heart, your soul
be cleansed and ready
when the time arrives for the sun
to go down in your own life.
When you awaken in the World of Spirit,
truly awakening with the Light,
the Sun that never sets,
may you not sorrow in remembrance
of your time upon Earth.
May you have loved until
you could love no more.
May you have grown to the width
and breadth and height
and depth of your Self.
Facing West as another day ends,
ask your Self, as if this were the last day,
and the sun of your life were going down ~
have you expressed your brilliance,
and shone to your brightest?
Have you ripened like ripe fruit
on the tree or the bush,
crimson, radiant, golden?
Have you waved in joy in the sunlight,
like the golden grains bringing beauty
simply for joy and beauty’s sake?
Or have you lived in a barren country all your life?
The soul is never barren.
Watch the mind, the body,
that distorts and twists
the wonder of your ever-growing,
ever-green, ever-waving
Light Being Self.
Facing West
upright, tall, and strong,
living this day,
this jeweled moment
to its fullest.
Let the sun set
on this day with no regrets,
as much as is humanly possible,
knowing you have done your best,
so that if this evening
finds you returning
Home to the Land of the Rising Sun,
you will know you have well-served your own Self,
your spiritual evolution,
and the Great Mind,
the Great Creator.
When you return Home
to your loved ones,
to the Land of Light,
you will settle in with
total remembrance within your Self,
in healing, wholeness and holiness,
in the great peace and joy
that passeth all earthly understanding.
Clean hands, clean heart,
clean soul, clean mind, clean body,
facing West now as the day ends,
and the sun sinks behind the mountains,
behind the cities, into the sea,
and you prepare for another day,
in the Light that always shines
from within and all about
your heart and within…
The Light of Home.
